Denise was amazing to us. We had experience with two MLOs prior to meeting her and both were terrible. The first lender was asking for documents up until 2 days prior to closing (we ended up not closing at all and not getting that house). The second lender didn’t have our best interest in mind. And then we finally met Denise. The process with her was smooth. She is knowledgeble, she knows some very specific products that might fit your case (as she found one for us when I didn’t even think we would qualify for any mortgage), and she is very responsive. Not only a great MLO, but she could tell from my messages when I was starting to get anxious about the process and called me immediately to calm me down. She prepared our case so well that unlike our prior experiences where we kept getting asked for more and more documents up until two days before closing where the lender said we weren’t able to close on the other house, with Denise, after she prepared our case we were only asked for a couple of things a week after we submitted our mortgage application and that was it. There was no road block, no jump scares, absolutely nothing crazy. It was SO SMOOTH that I couldn’t even believe it. I would trust Denise for all my mortgage needs, and will definitely look for her services again if we ever decide to refinance.
